Q: Does not let me go beyond 20 mph
My car doesn't let me go past 20 mph. Once I pass 20 mph it takes long to pull off. And eventually it does but it makes a noise. The check engine light is on what can be causing this? Could it be the catalytic converter. I haven't used the machine to check the codes yet
