I have a blown head gasket but my car still crank how do i fix it and not over paying

My car has 148000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

It is actually not uncommon for a vehicle to be able to crank and even run with a bad head gasket. Unfortunately the only way to resolve the issue would be to replace the head gasket.
