Q: i have a 2013 Chrysler 200 and the back rotors wont come off. its loose but wont come off. not sure what the deal is.

I changed my front brakes and rotors with no problem. not i got to the back ones and got the tire off and got the pads off but cant get the rotor off. its loose but feels like its being held on by something. cant seem to figure it out.
