Q: Oil pressure

Noticed lower oil pressure and a light knocking noise recently. Oil level is good. Motor was rebuilt around 60000. Idles good and runs fine but worried I’m damaging it. Oil change is due also. It has 130000 on now. Oil pressure sending unit was replaced last fall so doubt that the issue
