Q: I have a 2005 mustang it ran hot I added water when it cooled down some it cranked at first now won't start

I have 2005 mustang took it to the shop to get some work done they told me I have a cracked radiator well I was driving it to my uncles house so he could put the radiator in it ran hot stopped running so I let it coo added water to it and I did pour water on the engine to speed up the process and it started at first but now it won't crank at all acts like it wants to turn over but don't
