Q: Transmission question

I have a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta I replace the transmission in it with the exact same model and year it seems like it's not shifting the RPM stay at about 25 - 3000 in about almost to 4000 at 50 miles an hour I don't know if it's a differential when I do the fluid has two spots where I can put it

My car has 192381 miles.
