Q: I have a 2000 Subaru Legacy. When the car is parked or foot is on the break the idle goes up and down. Doesn’t stall out though.
Hello- when the car is parked or I have my foot on the break at a red light, the car idle goes up and down. Not enough to stall the car out, but it just constantly goes back and forth NOTICEABLY until I start moving again. No check engine lights are active. It feels like it’s going to stall out but it catches itself and ups the revs to compensate and the cycle starts all over again. It is a twin turbo model- not sure if one of them going bad could cause this issue. Ball park estimates are appreciated!
