Q: Misfires

I have a 2000 on the accord four-cylinder that while waiting at a light The engine simply began to shudder and the engine light began to flash. I hoped that it was only limp mode. when I put a code reader on it it said multiple cylinders were miss firing. I am perplexed!

My car has 175000 miles.
