Q: I have a 1999 Monte Carlo. Service engine light on. It always lights up low coolant even with it filled Up.
The service engine light is on it always registers low coolant even when it is full. I was driving from about 7 a.m. till about 2:30 p.m. then when I park I had parked a few times in between I noticed that there was smoke coming out of the top left part of my hood when I popped the hood the black thing behind the engine coolant reservoir look like water was like seeping out and I heard this gurgling sound and my car didn't register that it was hot the gauge stayed right in the middle and then went low and then went back to normal I'm not sure what could be wrong with it there look like there may have been a little bit of moisture near the radiator cap as well help
