Q: I have a 1999 I have this loud hum noise and it happens when you go a long distance. Then you stop while it happen it will stall

I have this loud him and it happens when you drive a long distance. When you stop while it is going the oil gage will twitch out and then the batter gage will go down and come back up, sometimes it will stall out. When I turn it back on it will turn on fine. I have taken it in for the problem and they said that it was a valve but it still having the problem
