Q: Misfiring

My truck was running fine great actually. Filled up gas tank next morning check engine light flashing went to AutoZone it has p0302 code. $400 later with new plugs wires and fuel pump it is still shaking and throwing same code. Now guy wants to take engine out replace piston. Just not sure I trust him now.

My car has 200000 miles.
