Q: I have a 1993 Nissan 240sx When i have my meter fuse plugged in my car idles very high when i turn ac,automatic seatbelts head lit

When i plug my fuse into the fuse box which controls my seat belts ac and speedometer my car idles surges but the duse never blows and if i mess with them constantly then i could kill my car
