Q: i had my complete brake system replaced. vacyum booster wheel sensors traction contril module master cylinder rotors and pads. ye

Brakes are sporadically engaging after having complete brake system done. Including wheel sensors traction control module vacuum booster rotors and pads. Forgot master cylinder also. When I put the car in neutral it disengages. Please help
