Q: I got new water pump put in my 2003 ford tarus and now my ac and heater only blow from defrost vents any reason why? I asked the

I took my car in to get the water pump fixed and now the heat & air only blow out the defrost vents, my mechanic said that the work he did had nothing to do with that so any ideas what it could be?
My car has an automatic transmission.
