Q: I can't roll the rear passenger window up from either the drivers side or the passenger side. Could it be the regulator rather than the switches?

I can't roll up the rear passenger window from the drivers side or passenger side. I do hear a clicking sound when trying to roll it up from the passenger side.

My car has 160000 miles.
