Q: How to determine either the catalytic converter or one of the 2 sensors when my Honda accord engine light comes up?

how to determine either the catalytic converter or one of the 2 sensors when my honda accord engine light comes up? I got the code from Autozone found out that the engine light is related to the Catalytic converter but they told me that it could be one of the sensor. please advise. Thanks, Frank
