Q: How much would it cost to fix the passenger doors unlocking mechanics?

I have a 1999 buick park Avenue and the side passenger and rear left passenger doors won't open they'll lock and unlock, but will not open. How much wouod it cost to get them fixed?
My car's transmission is unknown to me.
