How many ECUs does my car have? I've been told that there's one for the engine, one for the body, etc. Thank you.

My car has 2000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

You will have at least 6 different modules on the car depending on how your vehicle was equipped. There are modules for the engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, Audio, Body, Anti-theft, Electrical Steering and instrument cluster are all modules and communicate on the network.
