Q: How driveshaft of vehicle fail on LHS or RHS only...?

drive shaft of vehicle fails at RHS only. Issue was observed in commercial as well as passenger cars. Failure seems to be twisting & bending type. What could be the possible factors or points i should look for or observe....?
