How do you open the liftgate glass with the remote?

While your remote allows you to lock and unlock the doors from outside the vehicle, it also allows you to open both the liftgate and the liftgate glass. Here’s how to do that:

  1. Press the trunk button on the remote twice.
  2. The liftgate glass will open.

Tips

  • The liftgate glass can be opened with the remote even if you haven’t unlocked the doors.

  • The liftgate glass will not open if you are also trying to open the power liftgate itself (if equipped).
