Q: How do I turn on the high beams?

asked by on

How do I turn on the high beams?

The high beam headlights provide extra visibility when it is dark out. To turn on the high beams, pull the Turn Signal lever towards you all the way, until it locks into place. A light will illuminate to confirm that the high beams are on. Pull the lever towards you again to release the high beams and turn them off. The headlights must be on for the high beams to work. Tip The high beam headlights are very powerful, and can provide dangerous glare or decreased visibility for surrounding cars. Only use the high beams when there is no oncoming traffic, and you are not close behind another car.
