How do I pause the power liftgate?

If you want your trunk to open to a different height than the power liftgate modes (MAX, and ¾), you can pause the liftgate at any point while it is opening. To pause the liftgate, press any of the three buttons that open the liftgate: the power buttons on the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter or overhead console, or the touchpad on the trunk. When you press the overhead console or RKE transmitter power liftgate button a second time, the trunk will reverse directions.
