Q: How do I get the “transfer” option off when I answer a call on my 2013 Buick LaCrosse. I tried going to system set up and saying
I need to take the transfer option when I answer a call in my car please. When I answer the call using the call button on the steering wheel it answers and then immediately the screen shows transfer and I have to touch the button on the screen and then I can hear the caller. I tried using the set up option and using auto transfer to change the option but I do not have that option on my car please help me
