Q: Horn won't stop when honked, panic won't stop when turned on
Horn won't stop honking, panic won't stop. Just installed new horn, new clockspring, tried 4 relays and different fuses. This only happens when I intentionally hit the panic or press the horn. The horn and panic doesn't go on randomly so it is not the airbag issue.
The horn has not been working for years, now I need it to pass state inspection What could be the issue? Could wrong clockspring wiring cause this issue?
