Q: Hood stuck partially open/shut, center latch won't release

asked by on March 13, 2018

I forgot to put the radiator cap back on and accidentally shut the hood. The hood only partially shut and jammed against the loose radiator cap. I can't force the radiator cap out because it's jammed against the hood. The center hood latch will not release. How can I get this center latch to release?
