Q: Oil leak

Hi, I got an oil change Friday and I noticed the begining of this week it started leaking some oil when I start the car in the mornings it drips onto the exhaust do every time I'm driving blueish /whiteish smoke comes out . When the heater is on it smells like burning oil or something and when I turn a/c it smokes a lot worse . But I do notice it doesn't leak when car is off only when I turn it on . I took it back to pep boys where I got my oil changed on Wednesday and they said it looked fine but I guess the guy who did the oil change spilled oil on engine and idk where else it got too. I didn't know about this the guy who did the oil change didn't let me know . So my question is . Is it possible for oil to leak if he spilled it on engine? And when will the smoke go away? How long does oil burn off?
