Q: Evap leak

asked by on August 27, 2017

I have a 05 Volvo with 145k miles on it, the computer detected an Evap leak, my car also gave me a message on the dashboard that the fuel cap filler was loose. So I changed what the fuel cap. Will the check engine light clear itself or do I have to clear it in order for me to see if that's the problem?

My car has 145000 miles.

Will bad engine coils cause the car to not want to accelerate?
