Q: Heating - A\c systems malfunction
1999 dodge intrepid 2.7L has no power at EBL or A\C buttons.Air only blows from defroster only and hot air on all settings except for on vent which blows cold air.I've removed fuse and or negative cable to reset system restart car an air comes out of vents for 30 seconds and converts back to defrost.
My car has 55000 miles.
