Q: Headlights don't come on and will not crank.

Got in my car it started got out got back in and it wouldn't start. Bought a new battery and it run for 1 hour it wouldn't crank. It won't take a jump. Car clock is off by 2 hours. Inside lights come on. But don't start. What's wrong?

My car has 80000 miles.
