Q: Q: Headlight going in and out

asked by on

The driver's side low headlight is out. I can hit the side of the car, and the light will come on before going back out. I've changed bulbs, but it still keeps going out.

If you look inside of the socket for the bulb, you may find that the socket has melted. When this happens, the connection can become intermittent. I would ask for help from one of the mechanics at YourMechanic, so they can come to you and repair what is causing your headlight to not work correctly.
