Hi there. Check the power steering and make sure that the pump is working properly as you turn the steering wheel. Listen for any noises that may occur as you turn the steering wheel from lock to lock (left to right all the way and back). You will want to do this with the vehicle at a stand still position (parked). If the pump makes a noise as the steering begins to get closer to the end of the turn but not when the wheels can no longer turn, then the pressure relief valve may be plugged or the system may have too much air in it. Check the power steering fluid and make sure that its full and see if the fluid is aerating (creating multiple bubbles) or not. If the bubbles are present, then there is air in the system. If you need further assistance with your power steering system, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
