Hard start when svs light are on

The service vehicle soon light (SVS) also known by a Check Engine Light is on when ever a computer has detected a problem in the computer systems. The light does not tell you what component or system is failing. You will need to have the computer system tested for codes. Depending on the year, make and model vehicle you have the code or codes retrieved the tests involved to diagnose the code will be different. Once a sensor or component is isolated then you can identify the cause of the hard start.
