Q: Had a low idle issue

So I was trouble shooting a p1166 code and decided to unplug my o2 sensor as soon as I did my c.e.l turned off and it idles fine but this doesn't seem to be a solution when I plug it back in the light comes back on and it idles rough after it runs for a few minutes.

My car has 84607 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
