Q: Gm I need a power steering pump or should I get power steering fluid? I have leaks coming out what should I do

Having problems with my power steering pump it's making noise just started lastnight. Have a leak in the pump should I get another power steering pump or get the fluid so it will stop the leak?

My car has 183000 miles.
