Q: GM Dealer cleaned injectors and caused P300 Code? Buick Ranier

GM Dealer cleaned the injectors and now the Buick Rainier has a random misfire code and runs a little rough. Telling me it might have removed carbon from the valve seats?What's your thoughts.
