Q: Front car window stuck

asked by on

The front door window glass is stuck. I can hear the motor going, but the glass does not come up.

Hi there. Although your window motor is engaging your window maybe of its track. This mean that the "guide" that it follows is no longer directing the window the correct direction. This leads to the window making a clicking noise because of the strain put on your windows motor. I would have a certified mechanic sent by YourMechanic diagnose your window more precisely in person.
