Q: Ford Laser 2002 KQ model wheel bearing Specs i.e torque

Hi what are the wheel bearing torques for the above model front & rear wheel bearings thanks

My car has 189000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

The front and rear axle nuts are the same torque of 175 ft lbs or 235 nm.
