Flashing engine light is on. What is the most am I looking to have to spend on it. Also, would my car still run. And I blow the engine out. ? My engine was shaking and knocking. Had spark plugs and wires changed. It got quiter but still shaking, idling. And can hear it shack vibrations the whole car.

My car has 240000 miles.
