Q: Engine will fire up but won't stay running

t not stay running.

The car is swapped with an 04 cobra S/C motor. The timing cover was replaced by the owner and he wasn't very knowlegable. He put it back together and didn't bolt the crank sensor tight, plugged the egr plug into a coil pack, left fuel lines loose, vacuum lines unplugged. I replaced the crank sensor and the cam sensor as well as the crank S pigtail. I fixed all his mistakes; tightened the fuel lines, hooked up the vacuum lines properly, fixed the wiring. I had 2 DTCs an idle air control circuit high voltage, and a fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high. I replaced the IAC and the FRPS, lost the FRPS code but still have the IAC code. I've proven the fuel system, it has a fuel pump speed controller(high and low) it's working the fuel pressure fluctuates from 9-15 psi with the key on engine off, 60psi when the override is switched on. I've rebuilt the regulator and nothing changed. The MAF sensor is questionable fender cut/exposed 2 wires. Sensor is $250 how can
