Q: Engine sounds locked up

The engine won't turn over. It tries but acts as if it's locked up.

Unless your engine is locked up from a mechanical issue or has been fluid locked, then you most likely have a starter or battery issue. Further visual inspection will be needed to make a proper diagnosis.
