Q: Transmission
The van was fine then today we went to leave and when I put it in drive it wouldn't go. My husband put it in 1st gear and revved it up and it jolted and began to move. Once we picked up speed he was able to shift up to third and then drive. But when we slowed for a turn or stopped it wouldn't go again and he would have to start over. I've had a transmission go out before and it was nothing like this so really hoping its something else. Especially something cheaper! We both have jobs and children and its our only transportation so hoping to figure it out asap and get it fixed. Like I said, it was driving fine yesterday. No slipping going into drive just fine. And also, reverse works fine still. Please help us figure it out if you can!
