Hello. This is a common problem with Chevy vehicles. There are plastic tabs on the back of the interior door handle. These plastic tabs have connecting rods that attach to them. Over time, these tabs break from usage. When they break, you will not be able to open the door from the inside. A certified technician can inspect your door handle in order to determine how to fix the problem.
