Q: does the repair include coolant recycling and line drying

asked by on March 14, 2017

I am looking at your pricing and it list the price of the parts on par with what I have shopped and the labor seems very fair. However, the extent of the repair is something I was unable to find. In case I need to also describe the requested repair, this is what is on the items I reviewed. I am needing an A/C compressor replacement. What I have is a pulley clutch that has snapped off and is not engaging any more. I am finding that only the dealer carries the pulley clutch itself and everyone else sells a kit identical to your 4 part list including the entire compressor new with new pulley and clutch attached. The dealer price for just the pulley is too close to the cost of the after market kits for me to even be interested in just a metal disc. So my question is the extent of the repair. One of the parts included is the coolant itself so I know you will be adding in coolant. However, will there also be the line drying prior to coolant addition? I know this is time consuming.
