Q: Do you have a mechanic that specializes mostly on hybrid vehicles?

asked by on March 05, 2018

For the last few months my 09 honda civic hybrid was having rough idling when stop at a light. Just two days ago on my way to work I was accelerating and at some point it stop accelerating and began to decelerate until the car stop and shut off but with all the lights on and radio. It crank a few times before starting again. Drove it to an autozone. Did the same thing twice on my way there and check engine light came on. Had one of the guys from autozone check it. He said battery was fine. What came up on his scanner were (P2195 X2 bank 1 senor 1 -O2 sensor and P0a7f -Hybrid battery) spoke to another mechanic about this and he doesn't think it's not either of those two problems but they needed to check the car. But it's too far for me to drive that car over there with the problems it's having now. So was wondering if you have a hybrid specialist that worked on these type experience before. Thank you for your time
