Q: Deleting past paired devices from Bluetooth HFL

asked by on January 14, 2017

I am trying to delete past paired devices from my 2014 honda accord bluetooth because I am at 6 and can't connect my new phone. I went to phone setting, then connect phone and it brings up a list of my devices with the word "disconnect" at the botton but it is gray and unselectable. What am I suppose to do? I tried with the car in park and the engine off but same thing.
