Q: Delayed engagement 2004 murano

I dont have cel light, but scanned car and it shows p1800 code and p0868 code as history. Problem delayed acceleration for first gear. Like at full stop, I try to accelerate to start moving, it waits like a second and then accelerates. Can raplacing of VIAS help?
