Q: crankshaft pulley turns, water pump belt doesn't. It's making a squealing noise.
When the engine starts, crankshaft pulley turns, but the water pump belt does not turn. It's making a squealing noise. Consequently, the two other pulleys (water pump pulley and the tensioner pulley do not turn. Where is the likely problem? Is the belt gone bad, or is one of the other pulleys stuck?
