Q: Cost for B12345 Maintenance Minder Honda Civic 2010

I was working and travelling in and out for a year and let my friend borrow my car in my absence. Now my car states it needs service on B12345, and looks like they didn't bother to have service done when needed and I'm now looking for a cost to complete all B12345 maintenance. Looks like they got my oil changed tho, but still blinks -9999 bc of lack of getting the other issues serviced. Still starts, my brakes are squeaking a bit at start basically well. Tires need rotating. Just upset but need to get this done. Please provide me with the estimate of getting all this completed and also what would absolutely be necessary. also just realized I need my VA State inspection because it was not completed before I left last year (already exp last Feb. ) , which I assume you guys don't do? Thanks for your assistance. Looking for an honest quote. Thanks again! Anything you can do to help is much appreciated, just looking for cost effective route for me.
