Q: Convertible top not stowing properly

asked by on

The convertible top on my car won't go all of the way into the storage compartment.

Hi. Sounds to me that the convertible top motor is not able to secure the top fully because of an obstruction. A misalignment in the folding sections of the top will also cause this to occur. I would recommend having this issue visually inspected by a professional to see what needs to be repaired.
