Q: Convertible top not latching, or going up or down

asked by on

The power convertible top will not latch. In addition, the top will not go up or down.

Convertible tops are complex mechanisms. There are many parts that have to work in sync for proper operation. Diagnosing one that is not working properly would require someone with the proper knowledge to inspect it, one part at a time. If you would like this repaired, consider having a qualified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, inspect your convertible top and perform the necessary repairs.
